Dit vrolijke vogelvoer is de ware koning&nbsp;van de vezels en omega-3 vetten. Je kunt chiapudding als tussendoortje eten, of als basis nemen voor een onverslaanbaar ontbijt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dit recept lees je hoe je chiapudding maakt van slechts drie ingredi\u00ebnten: chiazaad, amandelmelk en kokosbloesemsuiker (of ahornsiroop of stevia).&nbsp;Ook heb ik&nbsp;<strong>3 leuke variaties<\/strong>&nbsp;voor je. Met \u00e9\u00e9n extra handeling maak je van het basisrecept een groene matcha chiapudding, romige chocolade chiapudding, of geef je \u2018m een extra dimensie met vanille en kaneel. Kies je favoriet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chiazaad is Superfood<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar eerst nog heel even\u00a0waarom ik zo lyrisch ben over chia. Van noten weet je misschien wel dat ze gezond zijn, maar eigenlijk scoren zaden nog veel beter op het gebied van\u00a0voedingswaarde [<a href=\"https:\/\/nevo-online.rivm.nl\/ProductenZoeken.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a>]. Zoals je ziet bevat chiazaad minder calorie\u00ebn en vet, maar t\u00f3ch meer eiwit, omega-3 en vezels. Met name die laatsten\u00a0maken\u00a0deze zaadjes zo bijzonder: chiazaad bestaat voor niet minder dan\u00a0<strong>\u00e9\u00e9nderde uit vezels<\/strong>! Vezels worden niet opgenomen door je lichaam, maar houden je wel lang verzadigd en zijn goed voor vanalles en nog wat als het gaat om je gezondheid [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voedingscentrum.nl\/encyclopedie\/vezels.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2<\/a>].
