Nou, zou je denken, dat moet toch niet moeilijk zijn met z\u00f3veel recepten online. Wel dus. Want het meerendeel van de granolarecepten voldeed niet aan mijn belangrijkste eis: grote brokken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grote, knapperige brokken granola, zoals je die in een vers pak Cruesli tegenkomt. En&nbsp;deze is zelfs nog beter dan het origineel van Cruesli: de granolabrokken zijn n\u00f3g knapperiger en je kunt zelf bepalen hoe groot je de chunks wilt laten worden. Daarbij ga ik natuurlijk voor healthy-all-the-way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1776.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grote Brokken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Granola uit&nbsp;de supermarkt is dan wel makkelijk, maar het zijn wel ongelooflijke suikerbommetjes. De enige waardige supermarktgranola die ik ken is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wildoat.nl\/food\/aldi-granola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">die van de Aldi<\/a>. Ja, echt, of all places! Nadeel van deze granola is dat hij&nbsp;niet zoet smaakt en ook best \u2018heavy\u2019 is, gemaakt van havermout en veel noten en zaden.&nbsp;Tikt al snel aan, om het maar zo te zeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als&nbsp;ik granola eet, dan wil ik ook echt een h\u00e9leboel kunnen eten. Zo goed als guiltless. Daarom wilde ik een lichte vegan granola maken, zodat je royaal kunt strooien zonder je zorgen te hoeven maken over de calorische waarde van \u00e9\u00e9n brok meer of minder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1695.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3482\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eindeloze Crunch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dus wilde ik de allerlichtste en allergezondste granola maken, zodat je er het allermeest van kan eten met het allerminste schuldgevoel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze granola bevat dan ook geen kokosolie. Ik gebruik liever omega-3 vetten (uit bijv. notenpasta) dan verzadigde vetten van kokosolie. Ik gebruik kokosolie alleen om in te bakken, omdat dit vet niet oxideert bij hogere temperatuur, en olijfolie bijvoorbeeld wel [<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kokosolie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a>].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mijn granola moest dus aan de volgende punten voldoen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vegan granola<\/li><li>Grote brokken<\/li><li>Geen geraffineerde suiker<\/li><li>Geen kokosolie<\/li><li>Rijstwafels<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Rijstwafels?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja. Verkruimelde rijstwafels zijn de skinny bitches in het recept, en h\u00e9t geheim achter hoe je deze vegan granola crunchy maakt. Partners in crime zijn de dadels en cacao, waardoor deze cruesli niet alleen gezond is, maar ook nog eens onmogelijk lekker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3484\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En tadaa, dit is het dan geworden! Ik heb het recept expres \u2018klein\u2019 gehouden. Ten eerste omdat het anders niet in mijn oven paste, en ten tweede zodat je niet straks met een halve pot granola zit die taai is geworden. Als je een grote oven hebt kun je de ingredi\u00ebnten in dit recept verdubbelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Droge Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 gr havermout<\/li><li>50 gr noten \/ zaden* (ik had zonnebloempitten en walnootstukjes)<\/li><li>2 rijstwafels<\/li><li>1\/4 tl stevia of&nbsp;1 el kokosbloesemsuiker<\/li><li>1 el cacaopoeder<\/li><li>1 tl kaneel<\/li><li>Snuf zout<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Natte Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 gr medjooldadels (ontpit)<\/li><li>25 gr notenpasta \/ pindakaas<\/li><li>1 tl vanille-aroma<\/li><li>40 ml water<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* Ik gebruikte een mix van zonnebloempitten, pompoenpitten en walnootstukjes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1671.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3486\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zo maak je Crunchy&nbsp;Vegan Granola<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwarm je oven voor op 160 graden en bekleed een bakplaat of rooster met bakpapier.<\/li><li>Verkruimel de rijstwafels in kleine korreltjes<\/li><li>Gooi deze plus alle droge ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom en meng door elkaar.<\/li><li>Mix alle natte ingredi\u00ebnten met een staafmixer, of prak ze met een vork tot een papje.<\/li><li>Giet het papje over de droge ingredi\u00ebnten en kneed dit met je handen tot er grove brokken en kruimels ontstaan.<\/li><li>Verdeel de granola over de bakplaat en bak deze ongeveer 30 minuten in de oven.<\/li><li>Laat de granola volledig afkoelen voor je \u2018m serveert.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pics or it didn\u2019t happen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1700.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3488\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1713.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3490\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1769.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3492\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SAM_1741.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3496\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nog meer ontbijtidee\u00ebn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/peachy-green-smoothiebowl\/\">Groene smoothiebowl<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/chiapudding-3-variaties\/\">Chiapudding (basisrecept)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/chocolade-chiapudding-laagjes\/\">Chocolade chiapudding<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/gezonde-chocolade-rijstpap\/\">Eiwitrijke rijstpap<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ik wilde wel een keertje zelf granola maken.
