Terwijl Engelstalig&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/explore\/tags\/unicornfood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram&nbsp;<\/a>al&nbsp;volledig in de ban is van de kleurrijke foodtrend, loopt Nuchter Nederland nog een tikkeltje achter. But mind my words: dit unicorn chiapudding recept is het begin van een&nbsp;<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">r<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">a<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">i<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">n<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">b<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">o<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">w<\/span>&nbsp;food explosie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan de ene kant ziet al dat unicorn-eten er ontzettend aanlokkelijk uit en wil ik h\u00e9\u00e9l graag weten hoe het is om&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/theindigokitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Unicorn-Noodle-5.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blauwe noodles<\/a>&nbsp;te eten. Maar aan de andere kant ga ik alleen al stuiteren bij de gedachte aan al die chemische kleurstoffen. Bovendien&nbsp;is de rode kleurstof karmijn (E-210) bepaald niet vegan, omdat het is gemaakt van&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Karmijnzuur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">geplette schildluis<\/a>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=V9Bw52r-Ttk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ja, echt<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gelukkig maar dat de kleurtjes in dit unicorn chiapudding recept alleen maar met natuurlijke, plantaardige ingredi\u00ebnten zijn gemaakt: kurkuma,\u00a0matchapoeder\u00a0en\u00a0bietensap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/SAM_8229.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4845\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gezonde Eenhoorn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik zou het eeuwig zonde vinden om zo\u2019n gezond wondertje als een chiapudding te verpesten met chemische zooi. Aan mijn lijf geen polonaise \u2013 en in mijn recepten dus ook niet. Door&nbsp;die natuurlijke&nbsp;kleurstoffen heeft deze unicorn chiapudding geen knalkleuren maar pasteltinten.&nbsp;#beter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als biologische kers op de worteltaart zijn&nbsp;de kleurende ingredi\u00ebnten ook nog eens onwijs goed voor je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Kurkuma<\/span>: bevat curcumine, een sterke antioxidant die ook\u00a0ontstekingsremmend werkt. [<a href=\"https:\/\/authoritynutrition.com\/top-10-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-turmeric\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1<\/a>]<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#7bd626\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Matcha<\/span>: zit ramvol antioxidanten: 1 theelepel bevat 3x zoveel als een\u00a0kop groene thee. [<a href=\"https:\/\/authoritynutrition.com\/matcha-green-tea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2<\/a>]<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Bietensap<\/span>: bevordert je sportprestaties en uithoudingsvermogen. [<a href=\"https:\/\/authoritynutrition.com\/benefits-of-beets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3<\/a>]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/brendadegroot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/SAM_8250.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4847\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenzij je zes van deze chiapuddings eet (wat ik niet aanraad omdat je dan gegarandeerd de rest van de dag op de wc doorbrengt) zetten&nbsp;de hoeveelheden kurkuma en bietensap niet echt zoden aan de dijk wat betreft je gezondheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maarrrrr die ene theelepel matchapoeder in dit recept levert je een behoorlijke stoot&nbsp;antioxidanten op: met dit ene chiapudding recept druk je zo het equivalent van&nbsp;<strong>drie koppen groene thee<\/strong>&nbsp;achterover! Dat is best een indrukwekkende hoeveelheid&nbsp;[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/food-recipes\/features\/antioxidants-in-green-and-black-tea#1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">4<\/a>]. Dit is zo leuk!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Schep de gele kwark op de bodem van een leeg&nbsp;glas (minimaal 300 ml, groter mag altijd)<\/li><li>Schep de helft van de chiapudding erop.<\/li><li>Schep de groene kwark daar weer bovenop.<\/li><li>Schep de rest van de chiapudding op de groene kwark, maar let op dat je een randje glas overhoudt voor de roze kwark (ik was iets te enthousiast zoals je ziet).<\/li><li>Bedek de chiapudding met de roze kwark.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Klaar is je unicorn chiapudding! Nu kun je helemaal losgaan met de toppings. Strooi er zaadjes, pitjes of vers fruit overheen, of maak het af met nog een extra dot kwark, chiapudding of chocoladesaus.
